What's About?
On a lovely hike along the trail by the river Tagus, we will see different historical sites and remains. Dating from the bronze age through the Middle Ages, the 16th and 19th centuries. Surround yourself in nature, with many treelined trams and a variety of birds can be seen swimming in the river or flying by the striking cliffs. A tour that attracts second-time visitors or those spending a few days in Toledo, as well as for those who may wish an alternative to the highlights. Put on your walking shoes or hiking boots and let’s go!
- Starting at Alcantara bridge. Its foundations are Roman. However, its current aspect is mostly 15th century.
- Remains of Roman Aqueduct.
